Slag skimmer
Summary
In the melted pig iron spare processing, the second refinement, it is a device scraping out impurities, refuse (slag) which occurred from melted pig iron/molten steel from a pan.

- High de-refuse ability
Regardless of arm height, a design is accomplished at the time of a sliding so that arms are always kept horizontally.
It can be easily skimming horizontally and stable rejection is possible.
In addition, the ease of operation makes it easier to move to automated operations in the future.
- The durability
Even if the damage (I thermally deform) of some arms occurs in what the arm body and a sliding moving part separate, de-refuse is impossible and does not develop.
- Compactification of facilities
Because I adopt an oil pressure type as a drive source, each movement apparatus (cylinders) is compact.
- Wide correspondence ability
We deliver to blast furnace manufacturers and electric furnace manufacturers in Japan and overseas.
We can handle from tens of ton class pots to 300 ton class pots.
It can deal with highly viscous slag, hard slag, and heavy slag.
