LD-PB facilities (converter powders projection facilities)
Summary
LD-PB (converter powders projection) facilities are facilities spraying a dephosphorization agent (mainly powdered CaO) on melted pig iron through Kamibuki oxygen Lance in the dephosphorization operation in the converter in the steel manufacture factory.

I compare the LD-PB method with the addition method in the dephosphorization agent injection, and the basic unit reduction of around 20% of desulfurizations agent is enabled (of that of the conventional company products)
In this way, little operation of the environmental load by reduction in cost by the desulfurization agent consumption decrease and the quantity of slag generating decrease is enabled.
