Characteristic
Small high-pressure test facility
- High pressure compatible (~ 3.4MPa) experimental equipment specializing in airflow transfer of powder.
- The virtual transport destination (blow destination) can be set to any pressure (~ 3.4MPa) to reproduce the simulated state.
- Powder transfer test is possible between 4 m3 feed hopper (blow tank, pressure vessel) and receive hopper (reception tank, pressure vessel).
- It is possible to install a variety of optional equipment that is full of our know-how, such as special fluidization equipment, variable valves (flow control valves), powder valves, special distributors, and powder flow meters.
- A wide range of support is possible, from flow control with a single pipe to individual flow control with a branch pipe after passing through the distributor.
- Continuous test is possible with the powder return system.
Long-distance transportation & plastic waste transportation test facility
・It comprises various control systems (differential pressure, *komikaoshi, *komi*ki, pressure loss pressurization, pressure loss exhaust).
