Suggestion of the continuous transport system

In late years a sharp increase of a great variety of waste becomes the social problem, and recycling of the waste advances in each industry.
Movement to use a lot of waste such as furafu or the RDF as fuel of the combustion furnace in that increased and developed *komisooki which could supply abolished plastic steadily in a combustion furnace.

Embodiment
In DEC type abolished plastic *komi*bi, 1 is comprised by the apparatus of four of the jet accelerator continuation measurement device, 4 fixed-quantity exhaust system, 3 device to beat, 2 like an upper figure.

1.Device (pin form stirrer) to beat

I prevent compaction of the abolished plastic by turning the whisk which I attached a large number of pins to on the axis and suppress the outbreak of the shelf hanging.

2.Fixed-quantity exhaust system (multiplex axis screw feeder)

I can lose the squeeze department of the storage tank and the stirring effect of the device to beat is combined and enhances a shelf hanging prevention effect of the abolished plastic more.

3.Consecutive measurement devices (lupus marrow cabbage conveyer type measurement device)

I can measure an elimination rate continually by separating a weighting capacity device from a storage tank, and, using a measurement device, a merit to be high in the detection precision is provided.

4.Jet accelerator (high-pressure gas accelerator with stirrer)

A stirring wing of the motor drive is installed in the accelerator inside.
In addition, I install a jet nozzle in the right position so that obstruction of the abolished plastic does not occur.
